Amy Kriz Ackman started Photo Prose in 2008, following the devastating floods in her hometown of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Her love of photography and words comes together in pieces that depict many different hobbies, interests and passions. Using primarily black and white photography, she also creates works in sepia and spot colors. A sampling of her work is shown here.
